Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY (PLEASE READ!)
Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States of America and Canada.
In order to offer you reasonable shipping options, we only ship packages via United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive, in most U.S. locations, within 2-3 business days after shipping. When a tracking number is made available, you will receive the number in our shipment notification email. If you need a method of shipping that allows for faster delivery, please email us with your shipping request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note, extra shipping fees will apply to rush orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if you wish to add additional insurance to your order, please let us know.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of products ordered. We have partnered with USPS to keep our shipping costs cheaper than what you would see at their retail counter. We are able to ship small items via First Class Mail and all others via USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate Mail, or Express Mail. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method during check out. At this time, and because we want to continue to grow a sustainable business, we do not offer free shipping.
The price for packages mailed to Canada do not reflect any customs duties that may be imposed; customers are will be responsible for duties, if any. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final.
We aim to provide the highest quality products, with the fastest possible shipping, for your utmost satisfaction. However, we know packages may get damaged or lost, orders might get fulfilled with an item missing, or perhaps you receive an item you did not order. If any of these things happen, please accept our sincerest apologies. Behind this online business are real humans, capable of making human mistakes! We will replace any item damaged during shipment and will happily reimburse all shipping costs incurred as a result of returning such items. We will ship replacements at no cost to you. We only ask that you please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order and send us an item description, along with a photo, of the damaged package (or box) and the specific item(s) affected.
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. While all sales are final, we truly want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Field & Cloth. In case you are not satisfied, please send us a note, and if we are able to exchange the item for you, we will gladly do so. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and also the exchange (a 30% restocking fee will apply). Also, please know that while we LOVE animals, returns will be subject to it being completely clean and scent free. We will not accept returned products containing hair of any kind, animal or otherwise. Smoke smells, stains, rips, cuts, or if item was washed, are also not accepted. Sales of cutting tools, needles, and threads are 100% final, no exceptions.
If a shipment is returned due to a wrong address, refusal by you, or lack of delivery signature (for order above $150) we will try to contact you as soon as we receive the returned package. If you would like for us to re-ship the order, the responsibility for shipping costs is yours. If we do not hear back from you within 3 days of having made our initial contact, we will process the order as a return and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
